1. General provisions
1.1 This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Policy’) in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data Protection’ dated 01 June 2010 No. 2297-VI, applies to Users of the website https://bythestickers.com and establishes the procedure for obtaining, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, ensuring the protection and disclosure of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Data’) of the Users of the website.
1.2 The Data means any information relating directly or indirectly to the User. 2. What personal data may be collected
2.1 The Company may collect the following data:

- information provided by the Users when concluding service agreements by accepting the user agreement posted on the website and/or concluding agreements for the provision of additional services on the website;
- information necessary for communication between the Users of the Website, including for the execution and confirmation of transactions, receiving and sending messages, comments, making payments;
- information about the devices used by the User, information about the websites of the Users and/or their mobile devices, as well as the Internet browser used, information about the operating system of the mobile device, information about the operation of the devices used by the Users;
- data obtained as a result of various surveys conducted by the Website and/or third parties authorised by the Website, related to the improvement of the service provided to the Users; information obtained by the Website administration as a result of marketing activities;
- information posted by the Users based on the results of their service, reviews, comments, requests to the support service, complaints, claims, etc.
2.2 The Company may also process data using the following technologies:
- Cookies (cookies - a small piece of data that is sent to the User's computer when accessing a web page and/or viewing an advertising module on a web page and stored on the User's computer and/or mobile device)
- pixels (pixels - digital images, elements of the display matrix that form the image), which allow tracking how often and in order to eliminate errors in the operation of the Portal initiated by the User, while all information is processed ‘as is’ and does not change in the process of collecting Data.
3. Use and purposes of Data processing
3.1 The Website Administration uses and processes the Data in order to:
- to perform the assigned functions, powers and duties in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as to ensure the implementation of civil, economic and tax relations;
- to identify the client as a User of the Website, to communicate with the Users, including for the provision of services, processing payments by mail, e-mail, mobile phone number, including for the purpose of sending commercial offers, notifications of promotions and news https://bythestickers.com , improving the quality of services, forming ratings, managing traffic on the Portal, analysing and forecasting preferences, interests of Users; conducting research and analytical activities, as well as ensuring compliance with the terms of the Agreement, the Terms of Use, the Legal Code, the Terms of Service, the Terms of Use of the Website.
3.2 The Site Administration does not process data on race, nationality, political views, religious and other beliefs, membership in public associations. Information characterising the physiological characteristics of the Users, from which it is possible to establish their identity, is not processed.
3.3 The terms of data processing and storage shall be determined based on the purposes of data processing, as well as on the terms specified in the agreements concluded with the Users in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
4. Conditions for granting access to the Data
4.1 Data is disclosed when the User orders goods/services on https://bythestickers.com to the seller/supplier of such goods, but only to the extent necessary to identify the User and his/her order.

4.5 The Site Administration reserves the right, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, to exchange Data with state authorities in order to: prevent fraud on the Portal, resolve disputes and clarify circumstances that may be/cause a violation of the current legislation, as well as in case the Company detects illegal actions of the Portal Users and/or receives claims, complaints, appeals from third parties.
5. How to change/delete Data or withdraw consent
5.1 Users may at any time change/delete personal information or unsubscribe from the newsletter, or withdraw their consent to the processing of Data through their Personal Account or by sending a message to the following email address: info@bythestickers.com
5.2 Upon receipt of such a notice, the processing of the User's Data will be terminated and his/her Data will be deleted, unless such processing may be required in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

5.4 The Company shall process and store data for the purposes specified in this Policy for the entire period necessary for this purpose, but not more than 5 (five) years from the date of the last interaction of the User with the Portal.

7.1 The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Policy at any time. In this case, the updated version will be posted on the main page of the website. If the User does not agree with the changes, he/she undertakes to immediately stop any interaction with the website.
7.2 The Website Administration shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the User or third parties as a result of misunderstanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this Policy.
7.3 In the event that any provision of this Policy, including any proposal, clause or part thereof, is found to be contrary to the current legislation of Ukraine or invalid, this will not affect the other provisions, they remain fully in force and continue to be in full force and effect, and any invalid provision or provision that cannot be executed without further action by the Parties shall be deemed amended, corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and enforceability.
7.4 The terminology used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as in the User Agreement, unless otherwise specified.
